01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the xbjili.com platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

03 Account Registration

• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You must use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• You must notify xbjili.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

xbjili.com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on xbjili.com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit on xbjili.com is ₱50.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited within seconds.
• xbjili.com does not accept deposits from credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 seconds of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• xbjili.com reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and identity verification on xbjili.com.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on xbjili.com are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained dealers in a regulated studio environment. The following terms apply to gameplay:

• Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG or live dealer process. xbjili.com does not manipulate game outcomes.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be declared void and any wager placed will be refunded to your account balance.

08 Prohibited Conduct

11 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, network interruption, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.

In all cases, xbjili.com's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact xbjili.com's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. xbjili.com will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

xbjili.com operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.
